Jenny Tate Morgan

CEO, Founder, Managing Member, & Chairman of BOD

Currently, Ms. Morgan is CEO & COB of Tate Technology, and historically was a Managing Director in investment banking for an investment bank in Houston, TX. Also, a former Citigroup senior executive, she operated in investment banking and consulting focusing on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, as well as consulting for Fortune 500 companies related to business process and financial and change management. She served as an advisor to Ritchie Capital, a hedge fund, and to Road Science, a portfolio company of Rhone CleanTech Fund, and to Rhone Holdings with respect to a key portfolio company restructuring. Rhone Clean tech is affiliated and is in partnership with Ritchie Capital. Ms. Morgan has twenty three years expertise in investment banking, strategic & financial analysis, institutional trust, securities lending, derivatives, commercial banking, mortgage banking and private banking. Ms. Morgan received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California and her BS in Business and Education from the University of Arizona. She is licensed with Series 24, 7 & 66, is a published writer in the Los Angeles Business Journal and served as a member of the board of directors for both public and private companies, as well as for foundations including: Utah Resources Inc., in oil and gas holdings, The American Heart Association and NCADD, the National Council for Alcohol and Drug Dependency, a Not-for-Profit National Organization.


Gerard E. Morgan III

COO, Co-Founder, Managing Member & Member of BOD

Since 1985 Mr. Morgan, CEO, President & Founder, Design Engineer of Fry Industries, Inc., owns and operates a design manufacturing firm with global clients, in technical engineering, electrical boards & circuitry including frequency drives, logic circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves, with expert working knowledge of proximity switches, relays, timers, starters, and load cells supporting multiple industries including chemical manufacturers, mining, etc. Mr. Morgan attended the University of Utah for Mechanical Engineering & Geology, attended the United States Air Force Electronics & Nuclear Weapons School in 1967 to serve as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist for the Air Defense Command, United States Air Force from 1967 -1970.  Additionally, he completed studies at E.I.Dupont School examining Sodium Cyanide & Hydrogen Peroxide in 1980. Historically, he worked for Chemopharm Labs Inc., as Head Plant Engineer, and Van Waters & Rodgers, also as Senior Plant Engineer – handling all engineering design of equipment and processes, as well as capitol and project budgets, and finally starting off his career post service with Wasatch Chemical Co., as Head Maintenance Manager.
