Tate assembled a team of PhD’s, MD’s, MBA’s, biomechanical engineers, engineers, material science, chemists, and fabricators who are experts in sports helmet manufacturing, as well as their respective disciplines supported by a board with global experience running billion dollar companies.

Currently, Ms. Morgan is CEO & COB of Tate Technology, and historically was a Managing Director in investment banking for an investment bank in Houston, TX. Also, a former Citigroup senior executive, she operated in investment banking and consulting focusing on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, as well as consulting for Fortune 500 companies related to business process and financial and change management. She served as an advisor to Ritchie Capital, a hedge fund, and to Road Science, a portfolio company of Rhone CleanTech Fund, and to Rhone Holdings with respect to a key portfolio company restructuring. Rhone Clean tech is affiliated and is in partnership with Ritchie Capital. Ms. Morgan has twenty three years expertise in investment banking, strategic & financial analysis, institutional trust, securities lending, derivatives, commercial banking, mortgage banking and private banking. Ms. Morgan received her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California and her BS in Business and Education from the University of Arizona. She is licensed with Series 24, 7 & 66, is a published writer in the Los Angeles Business Journal and served as a member of the board of directors for both public and private companies, as well as for foundations including: Utah Resources Inc., in oil and gas holdings, The American Heart Association and NCADD, the National Council for Alcohol and Drug Dependency, a Not-for-Profit National Organization.
